Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of our wide-ranging field of emotions, tapping into it as a source of energy and a guiding influence.
When applied in an organization, an Emotionally Intelligent company is one in which each employee has a better understanding of how they can manage themselves more effectively while taking responsibility to contribute to their fullest. The application of EI at work can create a culture of trust, exceptional “internal customer” loyalty, enhanced social awareness, and honest and open communication. Each participant will garner a better understanding of Emotional Intelligence as a tool for personal and professional growth as it taps into the basic understanding of the power of human emotion and motivation.

GROUP SIZE: This program can be conducted for any group size. Each trainer can accommodate up to 24 participants – larger groups will require multiple workshops or additional trainers for the single event.
