TrainingPath Coaching incorporates one-on-one phone or face-to-face sessions and provides an ongoing system of follow-through and accountability. The Coach works with the Client to create a highly productive and uniquely powerful relationship which is honest, caring, encouraging, challenging and eye-opening. In a safe and trusting manner, Clients will articulate their most important and meaningful values, goals and decisions. Together the Coach and Client brainstorm plans which result in commitments that require action. Clients own the agenda and the focus for the Coaching, while the Coach helps to broaden their perspective.
