Leadership Development Skills Workshop
Too often people lead from one of two extremes: Democratic or Autocratic. Then, under the banner of “treating everyone the same”, they proceed to interact with all people with the same rigid construct.
In this workshop we examine 4 different styles of leadership, and how to choose and apply the best approach given a particular set of circumstances. We also look at each participant’s natural inclination and guide them toward developing their leadership style.
